WHY VOLUNTEER?
We are a small team doing a big job. Our staff is overworked. Our budget is tight. Volunteers help us do what paid staff cannot.
No special degree required. Just a willing heart.
WHO WE NEED
We Welcome:
- Teachers and teaching assistants
- Occupational, speech, and physiotherapists (qualified or in training)
- Caregivers and childcare workers
- Cooks and kitchen helpers
- Cleaners and maintenance workers
- Administrative and office support
- Social media and fundraising helpers
- Photographers and videographers
- Drivers (to transport children)
- Anyone with a willing heart
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
The following requirement is needed
- Must be 18 years or older (16-17 with parent/guardian accompaniment)
- Must complete a simple volunteer application form
- Must agree to a background check (for child safety)
- Must attend a short orientation before starting
- Must commit to at least one month (preferred) or as available
- Must respect our children's privacy and dignity
